No Refunds

HealthNerd does not offer refunds for any products, services, consultations, fees, or purchases under any circumstances.

Once a purchase has been made or a service has been initiated, it is considered final and non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of:

• Whether you decide not to use the service

• Whether you purchase an insurance policy

• Whether you change your mind

• Whether you find coverage elsewhere

• Whether you are determined to be ineligible for a particular insurance plan

• Whether you discontinue the process before completion

• Any other reason

Insurance Policies

If you enroll in an insurance policy through a licensed insurance carrier, any cancellation rights, premium refunds, or policy-related matters are governed solely by the applicable insurance carrier and the terms of your policy.

HealthNerd does not control or guarantee any refunds issued by insurance carriers.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been provided in accordance with these Terms.
