In those environments, agents were pushed to dial 400–600 phone numbers every single day, inundating working households with aggressive robo-calls. Even worse: we witnessed everyday people requesting basic health quotes online get denied the actual quotes they asked for. Instead, their confidential contact information was auctioned and resold to dozens of third-party call centers.
