HealthNerd® does not charge consumers any fees for our comparison tools, insurance walkthroughs, or advisor consultations. All premium payments are remitted directly to the insurance carrier of your choosing. Because HealthNerd collects no fees from consumers, no refunds are owed by HealthNerd for our advisory services.

Carrier cancellation and refund policies adhere to standard state statutory "Free Look" periods (typically 10 to 30 days depending on the state and product), during which insureds may cancel coverage for a full premium refund issued by the carrier. Please refer to your specific carrier's policy documentation for exact terms.
